We at daduku set out these terms to establish how you access, use, and maintain your account on our platform. Withdrawals and settlement

You can request a withdrawal anytime. We process withdrawals to the payment method you originally used to deposit, or to an alternative verified method. Settlement times match deposit speeds: digital wallets settle within minutes; bank transfers settle within one business day. During Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, and other major holidays, bank clearing may extend to two business days.

We charge no withdrawal fee. Your destination bank or wallet provider may apply charges. We reserve the right to verify your account before processing withdrawals to prevent fraud and money-laundering.

If your withdrawal is declined by your bank or wallet provider, the funds return to your daduku wallet. We do not retry failed withdrawals automatically; you must resubmit. In cases of system error on our side, we credit your account and resubmit at our cost.

Bonus terms and wagering conditions

We may offer deposit bonuses, free-spin grants, or promotional credits during specific periods (including around Liga 1 fixtures, Piala AFF tournaments, and holiday seasons).
